What Wonpost does with your data

Pilot applications

We collect the details you submit, save an application record and send it to Brendan by email. We also record the submission time, browser information and country supplied by Cloudflare. Verification and an hourly submission limit help protect the form from abuse.

The application form does not read your CRM, connect to Google Ads or upload conversions. Please describe your sales process without including customer records or sensitive personal information.

The planned CRM connection

Wonpost is designed to connect selected CRM outcomes to Google Ads, so conversion reporting includes quotes and sales with their values. The first planned connection is HubSpot to Google Ads through Google's Data Manager API.

The connection is intended to read the stages and values you select, associated contact details used for matching, and available Google click identifiers such as GCLID, GBRAID and WBRAID. The permissions and field mapping will be explained before you authorize access.

Planned uploads to Google

Depending on the conversion and matching method you choose, an upload is intended to include:

• A Google click identifier, where available.
• Email and phone details normalized to Google's requirements and hashed with SHA-256.
• The conversion action and time.
• The value and currency.
• An order or deal identifier used to identify the event.

Hashing replaces contact details with a consistent value that Google can match. It does not make the information anonymous.

Information outside the connection

The proposed connection is limited to selected conversion fields. It is not intended to send CRM notes, email contents, files, call recordings, policy or claim details, health information or payment details.

Storage and access

Pilot applications are stored in Cloudflare D1 and copied to Brendan's business email on Google Workspace. The website uses HTTPS, and Cloudflare encrypts D1 database data at rest. Brendan reviews applications and manages the related correspondence.

Storage, support access and retention arrangements for connected account data will be explained as part of pilot onboarding, before accounts are connected.

Your choices

To ask about information already submitted, or request access, correction or deletion, email hello@wonpost.com. Application records and email copies are handled together when reviewing a deletion request.

For a connected service, account authorization and the process for ending access will be explained during setup. Revoking an authorization does not itself delete records already held by Wonpost or conversion information already sent to Google.

Google API Services

Wonpost's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
